Quiet culdesac street where we mow the yard for you. Has nice back patio and small fenced yard but sorry, no pets with new 35 oz carpet upstairs! Has some new LED lighting in the master and dining room along with a newly installed kitchen faucet with sprayer and new disposal as well. There's a garage door opener and this is one of the only ones on the culdesac with a garage door. There are 2 extra parking spaces at the end of the driveway where it's ok to park a boat or trailer since no deed restrictions. Last tenants installed burglar bars too. This home never flooded during Harvey or any other time but there sure was water in the street! Landlord's been managing properties for over 25 years and has full time maintenance staff.
