These policies are offered at a low monthly premium usually between $30 and $100 a month (dependent on applicants’ qualifications). If the renter elects not to use Rhino a refundable cash security deposit of 2 month's rent will be due. If the security deposit is not paid or Rhino policy purchased, the property will still be listed as available to other applicants. Move In Funds Due: One full month’s rent is due at lease signing. If the first month is a partial month the prorated amount will be due the second month of the lease.
