Second floor, VERY spacious apartment has 4 very nice sized bedrooms and 1 full, also spacious bathroom. Hardwood floors throut the unit and washer/dryer hookups right in the unit! Shared off-street parking. Unit is close to bus stop, hospital, shopping, parks, etc. Section 8 welcome (only 4 bedroom vouchers)! Tenants did just move - some cleaning, painting, and repairs are being done. Feel free to schedule an appointment if you'd like to view the unit. Small pets will be considered - one-time pet fee will apply. REQUIREMENTS BELOW -Stable employment history - Household income, after taxes, must be at least 2.5 times the rent, NO exceptions.
