All utilities are tenant-paid with the exception of High-speed Cable/Internet - Not included hot tub maintenance (Yes a brand new 6-person Hot Tub is included), electricity, oil, water, movies on cable, and basic maintenance. This is a partially to fully furnished home with renters insurance required. A few small areas within the home will be used for owners' personal item storage and locked prior to lease. The home will be move-in ready with dishes, glasses, furniture, new mattresses, and more. You will need linens, towels, a toothbrush, and a happy attitude when on Lake Time. NOTE: The garage will be used to store the owners' cars and other personal items, limited access will be granted to this and another small area in the home during your rental. The tenant agrees to permit access to the home with up to 24 hr notice when possible in order to potentially retrieve personal items that may be needed as they travel. On-site maintenance must be in accordance with local village rules including lawn care, garbage, and recycling use as well as permission for home maintenance workers to have access for yearly oil burner tune-up, and oil deliveries, hot tub winterization, home inspection in fall, yard clean-up if needed and onsite security checks. Tenants will maintain at all times a renters insurance policy covering their personal items as well as $250,000 in additional rental coverage with the owner as named insured as landlords. A formal lease will be drawn and provided prior to the acceptance of any tenant.
