Trash everywhere

The management cannot control the trash collection. There will be lots of trash in your yard 24/7. I cannot step foot outside without stepping in trash.

Terrible

We have had issues with rodents, pipes banging, and insufficient heat (in the 50s during the daytime), regularly running out of hot water, a broken stove, and broken washers and driers. We have called the management company multiple times and get referred to the maintenance company. We have called the maintenance company dozens of times for the aforementioned issues and none have been resolved. We tried going to the landlords address listed in our lease, but they don’t live there. Don’t live here. If you have an issue it will remain an issue. It is incredibly expensive for what we have received.
