Mapleton Hill’s historic charm and silver maple tree-lined streets make this Boulder community a desired place to live. Most of the homes in the area are more than a century old – and because they were built atop a hill, residents wake up to sweeping views of the city every morning.

There are also a couple of breweries around Pearl Street like Mountain Sun, West Flanders, and Twisted Pine Brewing Company. This tight-knit and trendy community is just northwest of the University of Colorado Boulder.
