This apartment is available for immediate occupancy, and looking to be filled asap. It has a large living room, a decent sized kitchen, room for a large desk area, or dining table, a nice shower room, a bedroom with a large closest and a outside stroage area. The location is fantastic - it is right across from the stadium, about a 10 min walk to main street, and about a 15 min walk to central campus (e.g., Ross, Union, LSA). There is a designated parking spot for the unit, and not having to look for street parting is definitely one of the perks of the apartment. Although it does not have in-unit washer/drier, there are two shared ones just opposite, so that is not really an issue. The floor in the apartment is new (the laminate was installed just over a year ago). The appliances are all in great working order, and the property firm is very responsive to maintenance requests. Utilities included: - heat and gas (super important at winter!!) - water, trash pick up and recycling - 1 designated parking spot. Winter plowing of the complex has been good, and the complex is right on the main road, which is always plowed. - cats are allowed (maybe an additional charge) - Electric is not included, but my bill averages around $20-25 a month - Comcast (or at&t) high speed Internet is available - I'm currently paying $30 a month with comcast This is a very quite building - I have been here for about 5 years, and have rarely if ever been disturbed by any parties etc. It is also safe - the entrance doorway is out of the way of the street, and i have been having amazon parcels delivered for years without ever having an issue (or a needing signature). All in all, this is an fantastic property, in an excellent location, with a very responsive property management firm. I have been here for 5 years, and were it not for the fact that i need to move a different location, would definitely want to stay here! Note - while i am posting this because i am looking for someone to 'take over my lease', this is **NOT** a sublet - rather, you will sign a completely new contract with the letting firm, Cabrio properties (and my contract will then be terminated). A side benefit of this for you is that the rate of $1,015, is less than the rate of $1,150 that I am told the property firm would now look to let the unit to new tenants. Also - while the apartment is unfurnished, i am currently trying to sell all my furniture. Thus, if you were in search of a bed, sofa, coffee table, dresser, and were moving into the apartment, i could separately, sell them any or all of the furniture in the photos at a very reasonable price (i.e., any that i had not already sold).
