Located in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood, this home offers easy access to downtown Seattle, T-Mobile Park, Lumen Field, and charming local shops and restaurants. There is a long-term guest living downstairs with their own private entrance, so your space will remain completely private. The backyard is reserved for the downstairs guest and is not available for your stay. This home is not handicap friendly and guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, quiet hours are between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy is allowed, and no shoes are allowed in the home. There is a $500 fine per violation. Kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
