Dog/Cat ok IF they get along with my dog (very dog friendly - she's never been around cats). $35/mo. pet rent per pet plus pet damage deposit. Underground parking (will take some coordination as there is one 2-car (long) parking spot). Gym. 2 hrs. Top-Golf pass each week. Elevator. 5G Wireless network. Must be relatively neat and clean, good credit and no criminal background. Required to sign 1 year lease.
