Enjoy a prime Daly City location for both convenience and a comfortable retreat. Quiet time is observed from 10pm to 7am. The occupancy limit for this unit is 12 people at all times. Smoking or vaping inside the house is prohibited and will incur a $200 per day cleaning fee. Partying is not allowed. Any damages to furniture or items in the home caused by the guest will result in a fee for the cost of the item, replacement, and repair labor. For any reasons causing the next party not being able to check-in or delaying their check-in, your party will be responsible for refunds, charges, or reimbursement granted to the next party. This is a self-check-in property; instructions will be provided. An unauthorized person exceeding the occupancy limit will incur a $100 fee per unauthorized person.
