Cozy, quiet 1950’s neighborhood in East Dallas near the Arboretum and White Rock Lake. 2 private rooms with blackout curtains, full size fridge and microwave, 2 closets, lots of storage, 1 shared 1950’s Pink Tile bath (with female owner), Shared kitchen and rest of the house. Both rooms have key separate key locks for privacy. I have an older Malinois dog "Sandy". She is a sweet docile dog. no more pets please. There is a patio out back with a couple of zero gravity chairs and fire pit for relaxing.
