About This Property

If you don't say "Dan," I will not reply to you. 10201 Grosvenor Place, Rockville ... this is the second building in from Grosvenor Lane. The unit is 8 stories above ground. The entire unit is being entirely renovated, including the doors and baseboards, right down to the electrical outlets. Completely new *everything.* I will post a video either as the work progresses (begins July 1) or after it's completed (hopefully by mid-August). All of the pictures shown, above, are old/out of date. Everything is being replaced. Awesome location: 7-minute walk to Grosvenor/Strathmore Metro. One-minute drive to the Beltway (at Route 355), barely a 2-minute drive to Old Georgetown Road, 5 minutes from White Flint, 5 minutes from Westfield Montgomery Mall, barely a 10 minutes' drive to downtown Bethesda, 20 minutes (without traffic) to Tysons. Junior one-bedroom with walk-in closet. Bathroom with bath/shower. One, main, large living/dining room. Table-space kitchen, dishwasher, range. Coat closet and storage closet. I think the square feet is approximately 750 sq ft. NO in-unit washer/dryer ... washers/dryers are in a shared/community area in the lower level .. all clean and bright ... but shared. Plenty of free, outdoor parking. Nice outdoor pool. Exercise room. Party room. Water, gas, electricity included in the rent. The only additional utilities (as far as I know) are cable TV and telephone. I think the building charges something like $250 as a move-in fee and maybe some kind of deposit for the laundry cards but I don't really know. Bottom-line: you have to deal with the management office for those things. No pets. No cigarette or cigar smokers. Apparently, no weed/vape smoking is allowed, either. Reply via email, please, and then I'll call you (or will reply via return email). Please understand that if/when we meet, I will take a picture of your driver's license before we go to the apartment. After the tour, when we separate, I will delete the picture.
