The living room invites you to relax with a large Roku TV for your favorite shows and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials for cooking meals, though it does not include a dishwasher. The game room keeps the kids entertained with toys, games, a trampoline, and a foosball table. Outdoor fun awaits with a fenced yard, in-ground trampoline, hot tub, and a fire pit for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and parking for multiple vehicles. Pets are welcome at the cost of $10 per pet, per day, with guests required to pick up after their animals. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Service animals are permitted at no extra cost. Located in the heart of Sandy, UT, this home offers easy access to downtown Salt Lake City, convention centers, and Rio Tinto Stadium. It is close to ski resorts, local dining, and entertainment options. This quiet and peaceful neighborhood is ideal for families and groups seeking tranquility, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and no large parties are allowed. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for smoking or vaping on the premises. Guests will be charged $75 per hour for repairs required due to misuse during their stay. Starter toilet paper is provided, and guests staying longer than a week should bring additional supplies. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM each night until sunrise. A $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time.
