Property Id: 1040039 OPEN HOUSE POSTPONED TO Saturday, December 3rd from 11am-11:30am. Feel free to just show up, no registration needed. Please bring Paystubs and Photo ID and a copy of your rental ledger OR proof of your most recent rental payment to the open house for all adults to the open house. We accept all forms of subsidy. A security deposit of $695 and first month's rent are required upon move-in. Cats are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. Owner pays for water/sewer, trash, and lawn care. Tenant pays for electric, gas, appliances, and snow removal. If you cannot make the open house, you can still apply for the unit by submitting (via email) your Proof of Income, Photo ID, and phone number for landlord reference. If we are interested in your application, we will set up a private showing with you.
