Classic architectural elements are blended with contemporary amenities. This property features plush bedding, a well-equipped kitchenette, a modern en-suite bathroom, a cozy space for relaxation and dining, a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Optional services are available to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional pet fee based on stay length. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check.
