Clean, second floor 2 bedroom unit. Need to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom. This bedroom can be used as an office if desired. Includes off street parking with a one car garage and parking for one additional vehicle. Strictly no pets or smoking of any sort. The Owner pays for water and sewer; tenants pay for cable, gas and electric. Owner takes care of landscaping including snow removal. All applicants are qualified equally based on verification of adequate income, rental or mortgage history. Selected applicants MUST apply via Rental link via the link that will be given for review of credit and criminal background, fee is $37.44. Be sure to provide complete information. If any required fields are left blank, application will automatically fail and not be reviewed. Must have a minimum credit score of 650 and earn at least 3x rent/month. Criminal, eviction history, proof of employment and all references will be reviewed. First month's rent and a security deposit are due upon signing lease.
