Interior features include built-in USB ports, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, keyless entry, spacious closets, and quartz counters. The unit is secured by smart lock entry, welcoming you into a spacious living space with carpet and hardwood floors and ceiling fans. The bathroom has a shower with a full-size tub and complimentary toiletries and a blow dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances (dishwasher, electric range/stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board), a microwave, coffee maker (with complimentary coffee), toaster, blender, food processor, pots and pans, and basic spices for cooking. The building has a fireside patio/lounge and a stunning pool. This is a gated complex with free street parking and reserved spots. Enjoy the convenience of countless restaurants and attractions just minutes away. High-end shopping is located just steps away, and it's only 0.3 miles from North Park Mall and 8 minutes from Galleria Mall. It's also 10 minutes from downtown and in close proximity to the Medical district for those traveling for work. In case you want to “park and ride”, you can use Dart public transit which is right next door. The Shops at Park Lane and the Northpark Mall are close enough to walk to. The Dart rail station is very close, providing an easy ride to Downtown Dallas for sporting events, meetings, dinners, shopping, and concerts. Southern Methodist University is right around the corner, making this apartment a fantastic choice for those visiting the school. Within a few blocks of the Dart Rail Station at Park and Greenville, hopping on a train takes no time at all. Right off Hwy 75/N. Central Expressway, getting around in your car is very convenient as well. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. If you are caught smoking inside the property you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. If you bring a pet without declaring this when booking your reservation, you will be charged a fee. No parties are allowed. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite. We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. This community enforces quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Lost door keys or remote fob will be charged a $150 replacement fee. Any guests that are 30 mins past the listed checkout time will be charged a $50 fee. If late 2 hours or more, you will be charged the full rate for another night. The bedroom can be brightly lit from large windows or perfectly darkened for daytime/jet lag naps with room darkening curtains. It has a super comfort queen memory foam mattress, a cedar-lined closet that holds the extra pillows and blankets as well as many hangers for all of your clothes, luggage racks, and plenty of outlets for all your electronic devices.
