In-unit laundry and a central air mini-split system complete this 2-bedroom unit. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will need to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $375 per month, on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. Located just minutes from downtown and the Back Bay, the South End is one of Boston's most popular neighborhoods. It attracts a diverse blend of young professionals, families, and a vibrant LGBTQ+ community. You will notice the renowned Victorian brownstone buildings and homes as you walk along Tremont Street, Columbus Avenue, and Massachusetts Avenue. The neighborhood is home to some of Boston's finest restaurants, a thriving arts community, and nearly 30 parks. The Orange Line - Ruggles Stop is just 0.1 miles from the apartment, and the Green Line E - Northeastern University Stop is just 0.2 miles away. This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival.
