This private condo features a separate office room, a large walk-in closet with a washer/dryer, a separate kitchen, and an outdoor deck. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private side deck. Bringing a pet is welcome with a $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet's hair from the property. Enjoy the best of both worlds with this prime location. Take a 2-minute walk to Eden Park for outdoor activities like running, walking, biking, or rock climbing. In the afternoon, take a 4-minute Uber downtown for entertainment. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges may be pressed for criminal trespass, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30pm-8am. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing team members, will result in termination of your reservation without refund. The property retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if it is believed that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the reputation of the property. If there is any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party, you will be denied entry. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking anything indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs are incurred arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, you will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
