1000 M is a great place, firendly and many resources, my only request is better monitoring of residents' violations. Also, I ask for regular gym maintanance and adding several classes and equipment.
My Move in day was July 1. I have not been able to move because I have no electricity service. There is no meter set and the energy company can not start my service. I have sent several emails to the Residents Service team since Tuesday and also send messages in the property portal - so far I have not received any answer from anyone
Seems to be extremely welcoming and friendly in the new building. Community spaces are clean and well kept and cared for. Everyone appears to be respectful
Just moved in! So far everything is great, a lot of things need to be explored. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Love the space, a lot is closets to store stuff
Staff are helpful and kind. Scott, Marcus and Dominique are friendly and always ready with suggestions. Love the zen garden, the views and the gym. Overall, terrific amenities!

Move-in experience was stellar and the apartment and building are stunning. Underrated features are the tech-forward electrical fixtures in the unit. All switches, dimmers, receptacles and thermostats are home-automation ready. All locks are unlocked with your phone. Impressive so far.

Probably the most luxorious building in all of Chi. Great people managing and maintaining the amenities, frequent and fun events, and the workout classes are great (I do miss a good HIIT class, since we have a great full HIIT gym. Could rival Barry's/ Equinox) Some of the awesome people you will meet here: Scott - THE great concierge! Erin, Michelle and Dominique - Awesome front desk people! Piotr - Fun leasing manager! Cameron - Very helpful (I think she's on the management team) Eddie from the maintenance team is also really cool.

We've been living in our new apartment for about a week now, and we are absolutely happy with everything! The place is cozy, comfortable, and just as we expected. We had a few concerns about noise, but they were quickly resolved. Great service and a wonderful living environment!

So far the building has been great. I love the amenities already went to a little get together in the building and met some people. The only negative I’ve had so far as I have asked four times for somebody to clean the hallway on My floor. It is a bit of a mess and nobody has come to clean it up yet.

I love it here. Livly app is funky but yea love the staff and building. Views are great, very clean, very luxurious. Wish I could bring more guests and not have to reserve a bunch of rooms but I get it.

It's been a great experience so far. We love our view. It's convenient to many stores. The space is very nice and I really appreciate that they host events. The EV charging is way too expensive though.

My experience at 1000M has been good! There are nice communal spaces. The staff is so easy to work with. I’d recommend being mindful of number of and where vents are in your unit. Beautiful views and facilities. Wonderful area to be in.

I had some inquiries before move-in but 1000M never replied to my email, and they promised me twice in the calls to send a welcome letter with housing info but never did.

The concierge and maintenance staff are outstanding; they expeditiously resolve every minor issue I raise. Upper management could be better: they seem out of touch with what residents want or are inconsistent in getting back over email or phone call, especially during the leasing process. But the concierge and maintenance staff are top-notch, and the amenities are unparalleled. It's amazing that there are even more on the way!

Very good apartment and the building is well-served and staff is much helpful. The amenities are what you really need and there is a lot of space for doing whatever you want. The location is great as you are in a spacefull main street with a lot of groceries and restaurants around you, in addition to museums and soldier field. Happy for the selection I did.
