Feet. -2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom (Dual Master) -Concrete Floors throughout apartment -Stainless Steel Appliances -Washer/Dryer in unit -Utilities not included -Central heat and air -1 space in the parking garage (2nd is $150/mo I believe) -Access to all building amenities; pool, 2 jacuzzis, BBQ, rec room, etc. ***In order to be swapped onto the lease, you and your roommate must be approved through the same application process we went through to get the apartment and legally live here (basic background and credit check)*** ****RENT IS $2,807 + UTLITIES****
