This apartment on the first floor of a two family home is on the corner of the Frederick Law Olmsted designed Deering Oaks park, one block away from Interstate 295, two blocks away from the arts and music district, and a ten minute walk to the most desirable and festive "Old Port" area of restaurants and nightclubs. it includes 2 off street parking spaces and HE laundry in the kitchen. It also has a private backyard area with BBQ and outdoor table with seating. Rent of $1200 per month includes heat, hot water, cold water, electricity, full Dish cable (HBO, Cinemax, Showtime and Latino 50 ) and WiFi... Possibly the best deal in town, county, state and perhaps country...
