Full Resident Selection Criteria available upon request. Move-In Costs: Security deposit equal to one month's rent, due in certified funds within 24 hours of written approval. All move-in funds must be paid in certified funds prior to occupancy — personal checks and cash are not accepted. Payments following move-in are managed through the Rentvine Resident Portal. Monthly Recurring Charges: Resident Benefits Package at $63/month, or $48.05/month with proof of $300,000 renters liability coverage (mandatory; includes HVAC filter delivery, credit reporting, utility setup services concierge, and resident liability coverage) and a Portal Access Fee of $11/month. HOA: Sun City HOA in-process approval is required prior to move-in.
