It's 27 ft wide. Plus a large closet. Measure your bedroom. It's not 27 feet wide. :) Second bedroom is also roomy with a new big closet. 16 feet wide. Features: • Big open floor plan - kitchen - dining area - and living room. • Dishwasher & disposal • Updated bath and kitchen, freshly painted, new easy to clean Luxury Vinyl Plank floors. • Laundry in basement • Entire third floor. No neighbors making noise through walls or ceiling • Two off-street parking spots and free street parking • Large tiled bathroom with a closet and extra storage space • Bedrooms each have big closets • Skylights in master bedroom have custom-made magnetic shutters. (To be painted white) • Gas heat and hot water - efficient. • The building is getting new insulation and other weatherization from Rise Engineering to further reduce energy bills. I have lived in this unit while updating it. It's the owner's suite! I've really loved it, but need to move on to my next project. I wanted to show how much more space there is around the bed in the big bedroom. Shutters will be painted white, closet rods and curtains will be hung, some walls and paint touched up.
