Miami Beach is just a short 6-mile drive away. Please note that you may hear occasional construction noise during the day, which is normal in an area undergoing rapid urban development and will not affect your stay at night. If you are sensitive to noise, bringing earplugs is recommended. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A late check-out may generate an additional cost. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, and a $300 fine will apply if any evidence of smoking is found. Please avoid loud noises, especially during nighttime, as this is a residential building. Please remember to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the unit to help maintain an energy-efficient and comfortable environment.
