Rated 4 out of 5?by deposit returned! Recently a friend and I had put down money to hold an apartment here, a few weeks later we found out that moving was not going to work out and even though it was past the date for a deposit refund they returned all of our money! May 13, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Okay place to live but the management will ripe you off Close to campus, not too noisy neighborhood, and okay price for the size of apartment. However, when you made any mistake, the management will try to ripe you off as much as they can. For instance if you missed the rent deadline, they will charge you $100 late fee, plus with $10/day . The worst part is that they would not notify you as soon as possible, meaning that they will try to delay from giving you late notice and get as much as $10/day as they can. Unless if you personally go meet the management soon after you realized that , the $10/day will continue to add up. April 16, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5?by Okay for the neighborhood Everything in the UDistrict seems to be overpriced because the student population will pay for location. I wish the rent here was lower but I've lived here for two years now and it's probably one of the better places to live in the area. There are complexes with better amenities in the area but they are even more expensive. Here you get everything that you need (kitchen, personal washer/dryer, etc.) and while it might not be top of the line, it serves it's purpose. Depending on where your unit is, it can be a little noisy. I'm looking forward to getting out of the UDistrict when I graduate but overall Ivy Ridge has been a good place to live. November 10, 2012
