Rated 3 out of 5?by Great Location/Value Ruined by Mgmt If you can get past the jet noise which is an absolute given if you're looking in this part of VB but is worse than you've probably ever imagined, this is a spectacular value and location until you have to interact with the people who manage and maintain the property. The maintenance dept is extremely lazy and tries to do the bare minimum job, such as when I had to schedule 4 separate dryer vent cleanings before they finally got it clean enough that my dryer actually worked, or when I called every day for a week straight to explain to them that my AC was broken, but they insisted it worked fine because they would visit my apt in the morning when it was only 70 degrees after I left my windows open all night, but it would be an 85 degree humid sauna by the time I got home from work. As far as the property mgmt company/people themselves go, I've never dealt with more condescending and basically dishonest people in my life. They will continue to string you along when you try to renew your lease and keep throwing red tape and hurdles and just beat you down to the point where you just submit and renew at a significantly higher rate, despite agreeing to a lower rate to start with. All this being said, if you can avoid maintenance and catch somebody in a good mood in the mgmt office, it is a really good place to live. April 24, 2013
