were do i start. i have been living here for 4 years. i havent moved because its close to work. the maintenance workers do not speak good english. i think there are 2 workers that do. 3 out of the 4 windows leak when it rains. even just a little bit of rain it will leak. i have been hounding on them to get it fixed for 3 years now and it has been attempted 3 times to get fixed and no good results. when there is a little issue that needs fixed, you can never get ahold of the maint. department. you always have to leave a message. and they dont call back, a worker will show a couple days later.. it started off ok and then it just went down hill. i have talked to some others in the building and they say pretty much the same thing as me. but in the summer time when its not raining its a pretty good place.
