Rated 5 out of 5?by NewResident2013 Nice and quiet I have only been living here for a week now but I am very pleased so far. The staff was extremely polite and helpful when I requested information and a tour, as well as with filling out applications and paperwork. The building is in good repair. My appartment was freshly painted and supplied with new carpeting before I moved in and the hallways and entryways were redone as well. The heated garage stall is $40 additional charge but well worth the price especially living in MN. I would definately recommend this community for those looking for a clean quiet place to live.
