But you have to find someone who have a clear credit history and a minimun bank account, and if anything happended, they will call your someone. Aha, I would rather pay the deposit. The house is very big and new, good news. But they have the same problem as every apartment - you can hear what is happening upstairs. If you happen to live above the rental office, you'd better be not at home for the daytime. Other than these, the apartment is not bad. The swimming pool is clean and the laundry is also very good. They have very big washing machines. You can wash all of the clothes at once. November 4, 2012
