There is a non-refundable fee of $ 400 for one (1) pet or $ 800 for two (2) pets. Pet fees must be paid in full before any pet is allowed on the premises. * 7. Pet Rent. Any resident keeping a pet in the unit will be charged a monthly fee of $ 40 per month per pet. This pet rent is part of the rent for the unit, must be paid with the other rent, and is subject to the same stipulations involving late charges
