The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Zephyr on the Park
My apartment itself was decent, but the management was terrible. Trash bags often piled up in the hallways, and they found ways to charge extra fees that weren’t included in the original pricing. On top of that, you can expect to lose your entire security deposit—they'll send you photos of a spotless apartment but won’t provide an itemized list of where the money went. Zephyr prioritizes profit over its tenants, caring only about how much money they can extract from you.
Thin walls, disrespectful neighbors, and staff allowing terrible behavior to continue after being told said neighbor was a "known issue". Move here if you want to burn your money and feel uncomfortable about your living environment if anything wrong goes wrong with one of your neighbors, or who knows, you might get lucky and live next to someone with common decency.
Do not move here. I hadn’t even lived in the apartment a full month and regretted moving here. Please read the other low star reviews and know that they are telling the truth and know that in the MyEquity app, residents are complaining about various things constantly. The move in process was extremely long. I was told it would take 2 weeks for an application to be done. No it just seems to me as someone is beyond lazy. The long process caused multiple issues with me having to pay a full months rent after giving notice to my previous apartment complex. Evelyn, Alex and the others seem nice but in reality they are just trying to fulfill their said requirements of filling apartments and not truly caring about the residents or their needs. The management is beyond unprofessional with the emails they send and how they communicate with residents via phone if they need to call you about any issues. Trying to get ahold of Equity themselves has been a hassle as well. Other residents have complained about communication with residents. Their comments and post on the MyEquity app being deleted, etc. Reviews on Google being taken down of some sort. Equity is the new management to these apartments and ever since they came in, it has been a problem for residents who have been living there prior to the switch. The apartments are nice and have an amazing walking score but I’d truly think about living else where! The walls are beyond thin and you can hear simple conversations your neighbors are having or if someone is walking above you. In the MyEquity app people are always complaining about cars being broken into, catalytic converters being stolen & Bikes being stolen out of the Bike room. We are supposed to be able to put the trash and recycle down the chute but apparently we have to take the recycle down ourselves. When I moved in the apartment was still dirty in so many places and was told it was professionally cleaned but sometimes they don’t do a good job. Instead of offering to have it done again they tried to help me clean it. I don’t appreciate that when that isn’t the correct solution. I’ve attached a few pictures and wish I could have added more at the time. I must say that the picture I originally included, I thought was dirt, is in fact mold & the apartments still haven’t done anything about it. Besides suggesting to put paint over said area. Over the summer 2022 there were pictures of tons of millipedes that people were finding in their homes.
No management. Ineffective measures to make the building livable and comfortable.
