Read the other reviews. They are spot on! Each time the property management says "please contact so we can address your concerns". They don't. It's sad that more residents show up for a Crime Watch meeting than a Trivia Night. Sad to get to know neighbors only for them to leave due to theft, car break-ins, safety issues because gates & doors don't work and management does not address.

The property is never walked to observe the property needs. Dog wasted consumes the property on a daily basis and not enough pet stations. Tenants complain about loud dog barking and loud music. The property management in Florida never answers the phone; a voice recording is all you get. Security can never be reached, and the police must be called to get assistance. The pool is flooded with trespassers, and is not regulated.

The common areas are overrun by neighboring communities, especially the pool area. Every night there are cars waiting to follow someone in, only to scope out unlocked cars. Narcotic use is rampant, loud music and neighbors every night. It seems the desire to fill up the empty units has made management loosen the requirements for new renters.

The people in the office are extremely terrible. I have had 3 different experiences that have been caused by poor communication. There are so many people working there that are unhelpful and do not take care of things when you ask them. I have also spoken with two different workers who have a terrible attitude. One of them being named Chris. The apartment has terrible parking. I have had it happen where I do not have a place to park when I get home because it is filled up. I do not recommend this place at all. I want trustworthy people that can properly handle the place that I live.
