Z- Arba San Marcos

Issue not resolved No one was home while maintenance came so we weren’t able to explain the extent of our faulty lock. But it’s still broken and jammed.

Dryer still isn't working after numerous repairs Hey Arba, thanks for fulfilling my apartment's maintenance request BUT the dryer still isn't working after at least two requests. Apparently it's been like this before I moved in ??

move in SO EASY AND NOT CROWED!!!!! the smoothest move in process ever. 5 min wait MAX to get my keys, parking was 100% on our side, everything in the apartment was amazing, and the best part….. THE LUXURIOUS POOL AND HOT TUB. talk about a resort at school, I<3 ARBA

Loud thin walls Very thin walls. People are loud and the walls are just insanely thin

Carpet I don’t know what they did. My carpet is still with lumps and I wish I got a warning I would have cleaned up my floors so it would be easier on them.

Very bad service guy named Daniel lost my keys to my car while I was living there.

I lived here for two years and I'll miss it so much. Yeah, the rooms are a bit small, but the staff and amenities make up for it! The staff will always try to help you and learn your name, and the private shuttle to campus is amazing!

They do really try and gouge you for standard maintenance. Really kind of disgusting on their part.

Be prepared to pay at least an extra month's rent on move-out. Aspen Heights will charge you for basic cleaning and maintenance work to get the apartment ready for the next renter. What a deal for them! And what a deceptive and unfair business practice. That's even after we asked the office if there was anything needed to be done in terms of cleaning floors and carpet. What a total lack of integrity.

The apartment complex is pretty decent. It's pretty modern, so everything is clean and nice looking, which I like. The only drawback is that the rooms are small for my liking but I still like it here. The staff is pretty good on helping out with problems and and fairly understanding that we are all college students. It's close to the university I attend so that's a plus and there's a bus that takes you to and from school. Overall I like living here, I give it a 3.5 out 5.

Aspen San Marcos made their triumphant return and people were excited. They offered many fun events towards the beginning of the year but rarely ever cared about residents in the last 4 months, even before the flooding. The floor plans are different than what the 4 bedrooms look like. There is too much furniture than can fit in the apartment and saying there is a balcony is stretch. For college living it is just below average. The amenities are nice but you can find a better space closer to campus for about the same price.

I thought the rooms were very small as well as the balcony space. Newly built so didn't have a lot of problems with appliances or anything. For the most part it is a good place to start when you are moving to an apartment for the first time. The shuttle to campus was a plus!
