The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Yarrowood Highlands
I toured and fell in love. Lived here for a few years and am leaving to purchase a home in eastern Washington. The apartments are huge. They were condos so have much better layout for families and roommates. Prices were reasonable. Although like many things have been going up. Parking was easy. I had a wood fired fireplace in the winter. Very cozy

We're thrilled to hear that you've enjoyed your time living in our apartments and found them spacious and well-suited for your needs. It's great to know that you appreciated the reasonable pricing and easy parking. We wish you all the best in your new home in eastern Washington. Thank you for your positive feedback and the 5-star rating!
Yarrowood Highlands is a great spot if you are looking for a suburb community feel with access to the city life. It's right on the border of Bellevue and Kirkland with easy highway access, a 10 minute drive to Bellevue Square, and 5-10 minute drive to beautiful downtown Kirkland. Downtown Seattle is about a 20 minute drive. Our unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath renovated apartment complete with a Washer and Dryer, storage, and a vaulted ceiling to make it look spacious. We have a lovely real fireplace and mantle as well as a small deck with a view of the courtyard where many children play on nice days. A parking spot is assigned with the apartment, and although we had 3 cars, rarely was parking not available. The manager is easy to interact with, and maintenance responds promptly and to your wishes. There were times when the office was supposed to be open and we went down to ask a question or pick up a package and no one was available. This is the only complaint we had. We always felt safe, and did I mention there is a pool and BBQ? Overall, I believe you would be happy with your stay at Yarrowood Highlands. I feel spoiled to have found this apartment at a reasonable price.

As the title says the most amazing thing about this apartment is the location. Minutes to 405, 520, downtown Bellevue, downtown Kirkland - very central and makes commuting and traveling places a breeze. The remodeled apartments are gorgeous with crown molding, six panel doors, marble, and granite. Both floor plans I saw have huge utility rooms which is a huge plus that I couldn't find elsewhere. The property manager Amanda has been delightful. Always with a smile on her face, eager to help, and quick to solve problems she is an absolutely wonderful and easy person to talk to with a problem. This is a community with lots of families and children - of you aren't a fan of kids I suggest looking elsewhere. Downside would be most of the neighbors (as I suppose is the case with most apartments units) can be quite rude and disrespectful of noise levels and personal property. There is not a ton of extra parking and we have had to park on the street several times. Also, the only amenity offered is a seasonal pool. No workout room or clubhouse unfortunately.
