I am so happy I moved here - the community is beautiful, clean and safe. The office staff is hands down the best I've ever encountered - I've had the pleasure of interacting with James and Jamecca who both made me feel welcomed and are incredibly kind. The maintenance staff is top tier too, addressing requests quickly and great to work with. You may be able to find a similar community, but it's the people who work here that make it stand out from the rest.

The overall building of the apartments seems to be very good and soundproof. The quality of the appliances and interior finish out is really nice!! The covered parking garages and the way the property has been set up seems to be very efficient. The management company has been very helpful throughout the new construction process. They are very quick to answer emergency calls or day-to-day maintenance. The staff is very friendly and helpful and efficient.

This type of property is amazing! How did no one think of this sooner?!? No shared walls, our own backyard... and the location- WOW! 3 minutes from HEB, 5 minutes to restaurants... amazing. The furthest I travel is for work- 8 minutes away.

While the units are nice and large, just know spiders are everywhere outside and the wifi service is less than desirable. There are no instructions given at move in, just emails to set up access to your unit, otherwise good luck.

Living at Yardly Stoneridge has been a peaceful experience—I really appreciate the quiet atmosphere and privacy. There’s no noise from neighbors, and everything feels calm and comfortable. That said, a few improvements could make the community even better, like removing construction fencing once work is done, ensuring everything in the home functions properly upon move-in, and addressing pest control—especially with spiders. Overall, it’s a lovely place to live with great potential to be even better.

I have been looking for a new place for months and visited so many places. I was not planning on spending as much as I did but I am so glad, as you get what you pay for. My place is amazing, and staff was so helpful. They weren't pushy like other places I visited, and they actually cared about what I was looking for. My pup and I love living here.

Just moved into a one-bedroom apartment and absolutely love it! Kitchen was important to me, and it has more space than I could dream of in an apartment. The flow is very open and windows in every room has made my new home my favorite place.
