Yardly Cypress is a wonderful, peaceful, modern and community-minded place to live. Having an actual home instead of attached apartments allows one to feel the freedom of having a starter home, a backyard and space. Additionally, for families it is in a great school district and all schools are nearby. Nestled in an upscale neighborhood, there are walking paths nearby, great stores for shopping and it is also convenient to neighborhoods. I love it here! Everyone is so kind and awesome. I love our great and varied community events as well.

I moved in I October! This community is amazing! Management are always available. We have many community activities that I’ve failed to be able to attend! I would love to be more involved but I work nights and sleep when I’m home! Clean, beautiful, safe and quite!

I’m pleased. I like the apartment units, I have a small issue with Parking. Also, I am unable to take advantage of the amenities, pool club House and gym. So overall my experience here has been good.

I currently moved to the Yardly Cypress community from the Oak Forest area. I moved from a two bedroom apartment to a one bedroom and I also rented a garage. I can’t express online how open, bright, beautiful and well laid out this apartment is. I am connected to another one bedroom but this is like living in your own private home. I have a doggie door and a backyard with turf and rocks so there is no edging or mowing to do. I love this place it, feels like home.

Everybody is very kind and knowledgeable and ready to answer any question that i may have. The move in Process was seamless and very exciting! Their communication is very timely and clear overall i have had a great experience with the community and staff!
I enjoyed the whole process from beginning to end with the Yardly management and love my new unit.
The moving experience was amazing! So happy I found this place. I’ve been here almost a month now and it’s been great. Just waiting on the gym to open and everything will be good.
I would recommend living here. Despite being a community that is about to be finished, it is very well located. The units and patio are very comfortable and the staff helped us throughout the process. Everything was very fast and safe. We love living here!!
