Xavier is a great place to live. The maintenance team does a wonderful job at maintaining the building and are quick to respond if/when I ever have an issue in my unit. I love that you can submit service requests through the online resident portal and that you are kept up-to-date with the project's progress via e-mail so you can know what's going on even when you're not at home.

Since I moved in February, I have a pleasant stay in my unit, people there, staff, and residents are friendly. Had to get a new things done and fixed in the apartment, but other than that it has been nice living here at Xavier.

This building is only 5 years old and I think things could have been maintained a little better. EVERYTHING should be inspected and checked before anyone moves in so maintenance wont have to be called all the time. Information on appliances should be given also.

Xavier is a friendly community with professional and attentive staff. Building is very well maintained, even with all the pets throughout the building. Xavier has a fantastic staff that truly cares, the building/community is truly dog friendly, the design and amenities are just awesome! The view is one of the best I've seen!

Xavier is a place where resort living meets feelung right at home!
LOVE the building! It has every amenity and then some. The floor plans are great, the staff is super nice and the units are modern and up to date.
The pool in the summer is my favorite place to be in Chicago!
Xavier is an excellent community with great amenities, fantastic management and leasing staff, and in a desirable location. The city view from the top floor and the higher floors are notable.
I've only just moved in. So far it's been excellent. Happy to be here.
