Wyndmoor Apartments

I’ve been living in Building 12 since 2011. I was in a 2 bedroom with my daughter and then downgraded to a one bedroom in 2013 when my daughter moved on her own. This was not my first rodeo (or second for that matter) as my daughter was brought home from the hospital when I was residing in building 21 back in 1993. I’ve been to other apartments in between but always seem to come back to Wyndmoor. I remarried in 2020 and my husband and I decided to stay put and he moved in with me. We are in a one bedroom in building 12. We’re very happy here. The upgrades as of late are above and beyond . Our maintenance needs are met in a timely fashion as are any of our calls to the office staff. Being here in the center of town where I grew up is another highlight of living here. Everything is nearby which is a big plus..I couldn’t think of any other place I’d like to live. As the old adage goes “There’s no place like home”

The overall atmosphere of the building is one of fear and discomfort. Many of the tenants feel mistreated and unprotected by the people running the place. The neighbors are unfriendly and the safety of the building is questionable at best. All in all, this place is not somewhere anyone should want to live.

I don't normally do this kind of stuff, but if anyone is looking for apartments in East Brunswick, please beware. I bet the reviews below aren't real because I can not believe people who give five stars to a place this poorly managed. They think having wasps nests inside their building facades is "just nature." That is what a representative from the management company said to me on the phone. She was very rude and dismissive. The entire staff here is. Sorry, but an infestation of wasps to the point where they are coming into an apartment that has all its windows closed is not "nature," it's neglect. The wasps are coming from inside the building's attics. It is their responsibility to make sure that the apartment complex is safe and they obviously don't care.

I moved into this apartment complex in 2017; I am no longer a resident there due to a job transfer. I will start by saying the apartments themselves are up-to-date and gorgeous; and EXTREMELY reasonably priced- price included most of the utilities. There are a lot of laundry rooms on site- there is also local laundry mats near by that do your laundry for you if you don't have time. They had a flexible pet policy for my kitten, and I had no issues whatsoever with my unit. The neighborhood is fairly quite, and located near a police station so it always felt safe. The best part of living here was the management- Marilyn and Mary are both extremely attentive and do everything in their power to make the residents happy and accommodated. They are always pleasant and always make you feel like you matter no matter how busy they are. Mary's warmth and persistence in helping me acquire the apartment and transition out of it made me feel like I was dealing with family. I am still in awe of how well I was treated here, how much I loved the apartment itself and what an amazing place Wyndmoor Apartments is. Again, I had to relocate for my job, but if I ever come back to New Jersey, it's nice to know I don't have to look far because I would move back here in a heart beat. You will not make a mistake by renting here, I know you will love it just as much as I did.

Wyndmoor gave us our first home! Our year there was awesome. Everyone in the office was always helpful and super efficient. It's a very safe community and very spacious. I love all the closet space. Everything was clean and ready to move in! They were very accommodating throughout the whole move in process and worked to make the whole experience the best. Thank you wyndmoor and the members of the office for everything this past year!!

I had appointment to see the apartment when I got at the office she said sorry the apartment already rented and nothing is available I said why you didn't call me to let me know and save my time I have appointment she said forgot to call you very bad no respect I will never think about them again if they don't respect the customer before they move in what they will do when I move in.

Safe, clean, beautiful setting. You get what you pay for here. The office is always accommodating and repairs are made in a timely manner. In my opinion it's the best rental in the area.

We moved into the Wyndmoor Apartment complex in May. The leasing office staff and the super have been friendly, accommodating and helpful. Our apartment itself is a great size for the price of rent. The living area has plenty of space to entertain, and the kitchen is newly updated with beautiful cherry cabinets. The only complaint is that we have a balcony but never use it because there is an infestation of wasps that we cannot get rid of, and the balcony itself doesn't seem too safe.

Looking for a nice place to live? Well look no further...., Civic Center Apts is your place. Very spacious rooms & closets. Within walking distance to many stores and to bus stops. People who live here are very friendly and feel safe with the Police station across the street and two fire stations within a mile radius. Blue ribbon schools are very close as well. Rent is very reasonable, and includes water & gas. So if your looking to live someplace on a budget, this is your place.

Been living here for 3 years. Absolutely love everything. Spacious , brand new windows and siding and appliances. Very quiet and respectful neighbors and community. Staff and maintenance are friendly and are always willing to help in any matter.
