Its been officially a month since we’ve moved in. I can honestly say that it has been so much better at this apartment then my previous. The community is smaller, so there is less crowding. I always find parking and don’t have to worry about having to park obnoxiously far. The apartment is so cute and bigger than our previous. They have a 24/7 gym, a small car wash station, and a small “club house”. We had the pleasure of working with Safiya. During the whole moving process, she was a great help. She answered every question we had and always friendly. When I first applied, I hadn’t even done a tour (weird, i know, but was a really good deal). I called and asked if she can show me around before move in and she did so with a smile. It is safe to say that so far, everything that made us leave our old apartment building, is not an issue here. I am happy that I am able to bring friends and family to my apartment without having to worry about downstairs neighbors banging, not paying for guests to come over, always having parking, a gym with nice machines, and so much more. Safiya, if you are reading this, thank you so much for everything you have done. You’ve made this move so wonderful.

Regarding prices, I believe that the rates for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments should be reconsidered. However, aside from that, this is definitely a pleasant community to live in.

This is an amazing place to live. It is tucked in the back of a neighborhood so it's quiet and safe. We have lived here for 6 years and never had any issues. Sofia and staff are super friendly and quick to respond if having any issues. They also keep the neighborhood involved by doing mini events to all come together!

Am so thankful to Sofia, she's was very kind and so helpful.The community was so quiet and clean.Resident also benefits from parking lots, good atmosphere to work your pets.family-friendly zone are important and for a comfortable living experience, that was the best decision we ever made
Love this place - they have a lot of amenities like swimming pool, car wash area, and gym. The staff are nice and safiya was nice

Living here is so expensive for this kind of apartment. Honestly, the only reason why I’m still here is because I don’t want to go through the stress of packing out.

This is an amazing place to live. It is tucked in the back of a neighborhood so it's quiet and safe. We have lived here for 6 years and never had any issues. Sofia and staff is super friendly and quick to respond if having any issues. They also keep the neighborhood involved by doing small competitions or even events to all come together!
