Air Condition issue The reason for my rating is because my issues with my unit are resolved in a very slow manner. I am awaiting the status of my AC. There was an attempt to fix my AC but it was left undone and no explanation on what needs to happen. Communication is not that great.

Good staff good quiet place to live. Winter could have had sidewalks clear lots of ice. Spring is so much better grass is kept up very well staff friendly always willing to help

Still something of an issue Although the upstairs toilet can now be flushed, it still isn’t the best. It takes a couple minutes for the tank to refill before it can be flushed again. I will say that the maintenance staff always leaves a nice note for us.

Very smooth Cierra was great . I called to renew my lease and it was handled the same day. She was professional and very nice. Thank you for handling our lease renewal quickly and efficiently.
Renewal process wasn’t easy I reached out approx 40 days prior to the end of my lease as I hadn’t received a renewal letter on my door like I previously had. Was informed they had sent me an email approx 4 mos prior to renewal. The amounts quoted on that sheet were not honored. I asked why the raise and was told all rents had been increased. When I reviewed vacant apartment rental amounts I found I was being charged more than someone who was going to move in now. It took a LOT of work on my end to get the renewal completed. Having to call and email several times before I went into the office to get the issues resolved. Had to leave without getting renewal completed. It should t have been that difficult to renew my lease. Not sure I will renew again.

Overall Overall, the community is quiet and well kept. As in most areas people don’t pick up after their dogs and for some reason, can’t get their garbage into the dumpster, but the community does a fairly good job of cleaning up after it’s tenants.. my maintenance calls usually take 2 to 3 days to be taken care of, but that seems to be a reasonable amount of time.. the maintenance staff are really nice. I have a yuppie Chihuahua and they’re usually really awesome about coming in with him running around and barking to get things taken care of as they know he’s no threat. He’s just loud..

Snow Removal Snow removal efforts need a bit of work. I’ve lived in many apartment communities/townhome communities. when snow needs to be removed. We received a text in each of our areas of when we needed to move our cars so it could be plowed properly.. It should be a thought.
Woods of Castleton review I have lived here for years. For the most part I am happy but I am 64 years old and the rent increases are becoming a lot. I am on a fixed income and the cost of living is increasing faster than my income. Can you please work on helping with this? Also, there are some minor issues that need resolve. I appreciate all that you do!

Mostly OK With the snow we had this past week, I was reminded of how poorly the lots are plowed each winter. The sidewalks were not bad, but my car got stuck for a minute just trying to turn into a parking space. Another negative is the monthly charge for the door side trash pickup that we don’t use. Other than that, it’s not a bad place.

2 weeks after a flood and no one will respond to me I had a flood ; exactly 2 weeks ago today. I have emailed , called , texted at a minimum every other day requesting an appointment to repair the damage. The entire staff including management refuses to return my email or text. We have had to postpone until the point of paying penalties ; replacing our entire lower level furniture. I have had to begin reassembly of my lower level as it is clear no one will be coming to repair the damage from the flood. Overall not a favorable impression at the moment.

Lived here 4 years We have lived here for about 4 years and it’s a convenient location I mean we are close to everything. The neighbors are cool. Only thing that I will say is that they change management a lot but everyone that I have been in contact with is very professional. Bre is great I never had a bad encounter with her. Our car got broken into but when I contacted management about the street light it was car of immediately. Overall our experience has been good.

So far I would have given 5* but my rent is climbing so high! I love it here and maintenance does great. But rent/ water bill keeps going higher and its just me.

Easy process to renew Renewing my lease was a simple process and was quickly handled. Only issue was the rent for my unit went up despite no differences in my amenities or apartment. I know that is typical for complexes but it is still an issue.

Mostly good I felt like the lease renewal was mostly easy and convenient. I still wish we didn’t have to pay for the garbage service that we don’t use. It would also be nice if there was some kind of discount or recognition for the 25 years that I have been living here.

Great Apartments My family has lived here for a few years to date. Tenants are friendly, front office has excellent customer service, maintenance does great repairs. I would give more stars but the rent cost is way too high.

Fast and friendly The maintenance man came out practically the minute my sister hung up the phone. He quickly replaced the deadbolt and joked around with us while he worked.
