Property Ratings at Woods Edge
Collin and Dan were great to deal with! Never had an issue. Maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Loved that they didn’t have people in and out of my apartment showing it all the time, have had issues at other places with that. Also love that I was able to have a washer and dryer in my unit. It was a nice clean and peaceful place to live, would move back in if I ever needed to. The price you pay is well worth it!
The apartments themselves are decent, but the staff is intrusive and will come in with minimum amount of notice. Also, if you have a problem and call maintenance they will not come and will not address the issue.
