Woodmere Apartments

The Woodmere apartments is a really nice place to live. The neighbors are very friendly & staff is very helpful when I call they answer and address my concerns right away to my vehicle being safe etc. . It’s very quiet and nice here. Kristyonna in the office is very patient with and answers all the questions I have even the simple ones as well and I thank her for her time

Management is very nice and helpful ?? they are very fast with work orders maintenance is nice all around nice place me and my family love it been been here 1 1/2 years I recommend this place to anybody that wants a peace of mind

The worst apartments ever so much rules if you have kids I suggest you don’t live here. The manger is vary rude and Inconsiderate

We moved from out of state into Woodmere apartments totally sight unseen. We are so lucky that we stumbled across this apartment complex! We have been here for a year now and are planning to stay for at least one more. The grounds are kept impeccably clean, the facilities (hot tub, pool) go down for maintenance frequently which is slightly a bummer but at least they are clean! I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. They are consistently very professional and friendly. The maintenance team goes above and beyond to fix any complaints. Two examples of their stellar service... We had an issue with a shower curtain rod always slipping down, they not only came in and replaced the rod, they put our shower curtain back on it (which is a total pain with the rusty metal clips). Another time we needed caulking replaced in one shower, and without even asking they re-caulked the second shower as well. Their attention to detail and going above and beyond what we have asked has been a wonderful surprise. The apartment itself has been remodeled before we moved in with new (faux) hard wood floors and fresh carpet. All the appliances (that are included with your rent) have been great as well. Following this glowing review of the apartment itself is one negative comment: this apartment is unfortunately located in a run down neighborhood. I feel perfectly safe inside our little gated community, but I will not step outside the gates alone at night. There is nothing within walking distance, and a good 10 minute drive to any store (well, Stater Bros is a little closer than that, but Target, Walmart, anything else are at least 10 min away). The neighbors (not within the complex- outside of Woodmere) play loud music on weekends (not always- but something to note if you're looking for peace and quiet at all times). The police helicopter is almost nightly circling around the general area. The apartment is also unfortunately located right under the flight path of Ontario airport, so expect to hear jumbo jets taking off a couple of times a night. All of these are minor annoyances to us- not quite enough to warrant moving but still note worthy. All in all, we love this apartment and the staff but detest the neighborhood. If we could pick up the entire complex and move it to Claremont or Rancho, life would be perfect (but then rent would be $$$$$- right now our rent is very reasonable for what we have).

Love it here! The management is friendly and professional. The apartments are well-maintained and really comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Maintenance is always complete with 24 hours, plenty of parking for tenants and guests, area to wash your car, pool and gym always clean, close to 10/60 freeways, close to shopping centers, complex is very clean, balconies are spacious with a big closet for extra storage, interior is newly remodeled with wood floors, gated complex, staff is friendly and professional always notify you in advance if there are any changes or upcoming events, good area to live. Schools are not far from location. I really enjoy living here

This is a good place if you are a first time renter. Its has amenities such as a pool, gym, office room that I didn't see in the other apartments I was looking into. It will teach how to be responsible and to work as a team with your roommates. The staff at the office are first rate, accommodating, and will work with you if something come up, like those curve balls life likes to throw at you. It is also in walking distance of several shopping centers and the local mall is an exit off the freeway. I love this place!!!

Each as private patios Family friendly community pool and spa jacuzzi, gym, and community office. Management on site Very friendly staff who makes feel like family
