The "City of Seven Wonders" is in itself a wonder. It is home to the tallest mountain in Arizona, Lowell Observatory, the US Naval Observatory, the Arizona Snowbowl, the Meteor Crater, and historic Route 66. It is the gateway to Grand Canyon National Park and has a strong tourism industry.
