Not that bad
I've been living here for 5 years. Way less shooting, but more people OD here then anywhere else, not that bad anymore, a shoot off haven't happend in a long time, but police is always here.

Inconsistent management
I lived here for three years. Through that time the property had over 26 new managers and rental companies. There where shootings, drugs, and often robberies. Many convicts and fugitives hide out from the law here. Just a truly Horrible place to raise a child or live.

Worse place to live
They don't fix anything they lie and blame damages on you don't live here
