Woodland Manner is a calm and peaceful community with friendly neighbors and and friendly and approachable staff.

I have felt at home from the day I moved in. Best neighbors, office staff, beautiful open areas, and I have a garden area. Don't get that usually in apts.

Disappointed at the lack of care given to the overall experience/conditions of the property.

I am very happy with Woodland Manor Apartments. I would definitely spread the word. Out of 1-10, I would give a 10 re Maintenance & Office Personnel!!!!

We love it here. It's peaceful and clean, and we feel safe.

great neighbors, no over closeness, beautiful ponds, great to have area to garden, so many nice gardens, trees and flowers everywhere.

The buildings and rest area are in a very poor condition with a long time needed painting, repairs and new grass around the complex. The gates in many places are broken and cannot provide the security for the tenants. My friends moved in to this apartment around 6 years ago and the quality of customer service and complex condition was like day and night if compare with the current situation.

I really love living here and the maintenance and office have gotten almost all my concerns taken care of. They are delightful and I enjoy them very much. I feel safe and comfortable here which is very important for me as I am a 73 year old single lady who comes and goes at all hours.

It is a quiet and respected place to live. There are activities if you wish to join in. Neighbors are friendly. This is my first time living in an apartment. I love it.

I came as a stranger now I feel like family. Everything is important big or small .I always ask questions they always answer good or bad. I'm very pleased.Here your not treated like old furniture.

I have found my home. Could not be happier. People here are great, friendly, staff are so very nice and helpful.

It is a caring community that quickly gets to know the neighbors. During the periods that I have to live alone I feel safe. It has a great sunny environment. There are areas of deferred maintenance, but they seem to be working on them.

My experience from the time I filled out my application til the time I moved in from living here for 1 month I am more than Happy and above satisfied with my apartment and community and property.

The Office Staff n Maintenance team r OUTSTANDING!! They r friendly, professional, courteous, n respectful! Residents needs r met in a timely fashion. The Maintenance team is reliable, fast, n cleans up workspace after completing a request. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here at Woodland Manor!!??

This complex could easily be a 10....poor maintenance and upkeep...I give it a 1. We have begged each maintenance person we see to fix what we have turned in requests for.

I'm a new resident at Woodland Manor & so far the girls at the office & maintenance have gone out of their way to help in anyway I've needed. I would recommend this property to ANY & ALL my friends or family.

For the most part my experience living here has been positive. Probably why I have lived here almost twenty years.

A wonderful apartment community. It is unique having open landscape with two ponds well stocked with beautiful waterfowl. It is quiet, safe and comfortable.

Appartments are nice, Maintenance is currently behind on workorders, this is a gated community but gates are hardly ever working// some haven't for a long time.

I love it here at Woodland Manor. I have a wonderful apartment that overlooks one of the two ponds on the property. I can watch the many geese, ducks, herons, an occasional egret and also the large turtles. The view is very theroputic from my second story 8 x 8 foot balcony .

My overall experience of living here has been great. It’s a friendly and quiet environment with my neighbors, office personnel and maintenance staff. I would highly recommend to others.

I've been here a year and have made many friends. I enjoy walking. my dog around the community. Many residents have little gardens which makes my walks even more enjoyable.

In a few months I will be starting my 4th year here at Woodland Manor and I would recommend it in a heart beat.

Management and Maintenance are polite, professional, and approachable! I have lived at Woodland Manor for 3 years and have not had an issue with Management, Maintenance nor residents. The grounds are well kept and some residents even manage their own garden outside of their apartment! Residents are friendly and wave upon seeing you even if they don't know you!?? I am having a very pleasant stay here!! I have and will recommend Woodland Manor as a 55 place to call home!

The professial office staff is very caring and listens to what you had to say. They care about there residents.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly whenever I go to the office.

They raised the rent twice since I moved here $30 1st time $100 2nd time they never fix anything. They never answer the phone Gates are always broken cars fly into buildings 2 times now

It has been pretty good here I've had not many complaints more or less just work situations little odds and ends but overall it's been a nice place to live

A very quiet and safe community, well lit at night.Grounds are kept nicely manicured. The staff, and maintenance, are always courteous and helpful .A lovely place to live.

I have been living at Woodland Manor for six months and I love it. The Geese can be a little aggressive at times ??.

I have lived at Woodland Manor for almost 12 years and love it here. Great office people, excellent maintenance people, and a feeling that the staff really cares about the residents.

The Manor is a wonderful community, beautifully landscaped and has two ponds. I enjoy watching the large population of geese interact with each other. Spring is the time for them to nest and in four weeks new families of gosselings will join with other new families at The Manor. It is very exciting to see the little chicks grow and mature into geese.

Apartments are affordable and layout is nice but security is lacking (gates don't work half the time). Maintenance crew are nice and efficient but office staff doesn't return phone calls.

The openess of the grounds, green spaces and trees.. The apartments are well lighted and roomy with storage, patios/balconys and washer/dryer hook-ups. The Manager team is professional, friendly and caring. The maintenance team responds quickly and does a great job, Meeting with friends and neighbors in the club house

I have bragged on Woodland Manor to my co workers about the peace and quiet here. I believe that is a big selling point. Most regular apartment complexes are plagued with loud young people and booming music all hours of the night.

We have a great Community Managerial Team and Maintenance Staff.

I love Woodland manor. It is a very pretty place. You have your own patio that you can sit out side. It is just an enjoyable place to live.

Feel very comfortable here. Very quiet. Love walking around the property as the common areas are very clean. The landscaping is beautiful.

Woodland Manor Senior Living Apartments is a "Secured," comfortable community for seniors. But, security and maintenance for the safety of the residences needs to improve. The security entry gates, are often NOT WORKING, allowing anyone to enter the property. Those who live in ground level units, complain about things being taken from the patios, regular. The property maintenance has been neglected for many years and needs attention from the property management.

WM is located near 61st and Memorial so it's close to everything! We especially like having washer/dryer hook ups. The floor plan for our 2 bed/2 bath apartment is ideal. For an extra fee, we can park our car in a garage. We've made some good friends in our 2 1/2 years here. We're happy here and would like to remain at WM.

Out of all the apartments that I lived, Woodland is the best. Office personal makes sure that if you have a problems in your apt it gets fixed within the hour. There very professional.

Wonderful place to live for the 55 age group. It's peaceful, clean and in a convenient area. I would recommend to any in the appropriate age group to consider Woodland Manor as a residence. As far as we are concerned, this is where we live out the rest of our lives.
