Property Ratings at Woodland Fields
You will hear the neighbors above and below you even if they speak at a regular volume. This acoustics problem caused a months-spanning conflict between me and another tenant, where management only aggravated the situation, and my mental health suffered. On a more positive note, facilities staff perform their job well. But if you value your sanity, I suggest living elsewhere - you have plenty of more accommodating options in the area.
Thus far the property has been well managed, it is quiet, clean and sits next to a park and paved bike trail.
I've lived at this address for over a year, and it has been a great experience. While it is far away from downtown, it is close enough to stores like Target, Woodmans, and the West Towne Mall. It is one of the few places that I would actually consider pet friendly; we have two small dogs and a cat. It is very spacious, especially the bathrooms and closets. My main complaint is the high rent, but that is what you get close to Epic and pet friendly!
