Wonderful property, horrible management

Beautiful old building. Good to live in if you are willing to fix things yourself. Management does not take pride in upkeep. Ignores many requests (often just cancels them rather than fixing the things requested fixing). Barely shovels and does not salt in snow. Nor do they leave salt out so we could put some down. Regularly has mail stolen and has not taken any steps to fix. Rarely remembers to read the meter to put your electricity bill on your account.
