Again , I’ve continue to enjoy my stay here. I really feel at “home”. My daughter feels safe. I have good neighbors. You hear the typical noise etc but overall everything’s good.
My overall stay was okay. I stayed her for 3 years and it taught me a lot. Some good things were good customer service from the new management and staff. Some things that could have been done better is maintenance. They never truly fixed my A/C and they responded very late to alot of request. Communication could also be better. Woodcrest village is a good starter place for someone to learn how to manage bills and grow.

The reason for the lower score is that it is hard to get things fixed promptly. If there is no need for maintenance in your apartment, you will be fine, but many people live in apartments so that they will not have the headache of repairs.

All went well a few small items need address yellow jacket nest on deck light, front door is very loose. No drain plug in master bedroom sink. Plug no strings to open blinds. Last one light bulb.

My apartment was supposed to be renovated it was half done. Not mush in here new. I had to purchase and replace my own toilet seat. There was a roach in the apartment. The sliding doordoest lock its broken.the screen is hanging off the hinges. The cabinets are not new or atleast Clean.air vent is full of thick Dust. The aparment wasnt cleaned appropiat

The community is nice and well kept (aside from the humongous spider webs, that are super terrible this year). My apartment is nice, layout is odd, but at no fault to current management. My experience was okay. I do like the fact that my appliances are new. or at least they appear new. I have no hot water and no shower rod. there are two outlets in my bedroom that do not work. Carliss was sweet and assured me my issues would be fixed soon

I really enjoy staying here , I normally don’t have any problems. The only issue I’ve had recently is my AC not working properly and maintenance being a little slow about finding the problem & fixing it.

While the workers are normally pleasant, their service is often delayed. I had a leak in my apartment that was fixed about two weeks after my ceiling caved in, and the smell of mold began to appear. The ceiling was patched up, but the section that was repaired doesn't look like the rest of the ceiling. Over a month later, my ceiling still looks pretty bad. Many sections in my unit are carelessly renovated. The appliances work well, and the complex is peaceful; I just wish more care had been put into the interior aesthetic of the units. I am empathetic about them being short-staffed, but I still feel cheated when paying rent on a unit with many visual issues (ceiling inconsistencies, lumpy and uneven paint, bathtub damage, rusted door handle, crooked kitchen cabinets, etc.).

Overall the complex is good and I have enjoyed it overall. I would say I don’t care for my unit as much as I am on the bottom level and rain water and mud collects right at my door, along with dead leaves the the landscape crew always blows on my patio with causes water bugs and other insects to live near both my doors and eventually make there way into my apartment. I like the management here, and the people in my building are nice and stay to themselves.

Just moved in be here for a couple days and Thanks to Ms. Carliss she made my move in so easily and peaceful! Even after a couple of hiccups she was nice and very on top of things! moving from PA To GA and finding a safe place to live was important and I found just that! Nice area, quiet neighborhood! Reason I gave a 4 star I have some issue with maintenance out an 2 orders and still have not been resolved , but other than that great experience!

This is a quiet neighborhood. There is very little noise pollution. The landscaping is upkept. Some units are remodeled but if you want to spend less there are units that do not have upgrades.

From the time I applied to the time I moved in everything was great . Ms Vickey and Ms Carliss are so knowledgeable about every part of the the process this is my first apartment and I am so happy and satisfied. It was easy to apply and easy to move in. Thank you ladies so much

If you desire a quiet neighborhood then you will find that here. Every apartment complex periodically has noise but overall, the majority of my neighbors do not make noise. It is peaceful.
