Property Ratings at Woodbury Park at City Centre
We lived here for 4 years, from September 2020 until August 2024. We rented a 2-bedroom townhouse for our family of 3. Maintenance was good. The pool was a very nice feature. Unit was fine. One winter, the snow was not plowed adequately for a few months, before a responsible snow removal company was hired. Otherwise, my only major complaint is that we were charged over $500 for carpet removal upon move out. We spent several days cleaning the apartment before returning the keys and everything was in excellent condition. The carpet was in good condition with no damage of any kind. In Minnesota it is against the law to charge tenants for regular wear and tear of carpet. We talked to management at Woodbury Park at City Center apartments and they acknowledged that was no damage to the carpet, and that replacing carpet between tenants is their routine operating practice. In other words, management admitting breaking the law, but refused to return the money that they stole. It's not worth hiring a lawyer to get back the $500, but I wanted to at least warn other potential tenants. I wouldn't say don't rent there, we generally had no problem. But be advised that they will break the law and steal your money if they feel like it.
A great place to live. The community is friendly and clean. The management is on top of all requests or concerns. The neighborhood is in a prime Woodbury location.
Nice neighborhood. Well kept and quiet. Any issues are taken care of right away. An example would be out garage door opener wasn’t working like it should. I let the office staff know and it was fixed the next day. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
It's barely a week since we moved in, but It's been an amazing experience so far. We love the quiet and clean environment. Neighbors are friendly and polite.
The community is nice and peaceful. The amenities are good. The property staff are helpful. The maintenance team is quick to respond to requests.

It’s been very pleasant living here so far. Apart from the cigarette stains on the balcony, the overly sensitive smoke detectors, and the weak dishwasher, and the very hard water, and the bathroom door falling off it’s hinges, all the utilities work just fine and are in proper condition! The community here seems nice and I really enjoy the view from my window. The pool space is great and the maintenance crew does a lovely job and the staff is friendly and helpful.

As a former home owner - i was apprehensive to rent again . Woodbury Park at City Center townhome rentals has not disappointed me ! Very quiet community ! Pets are welcomed ! The management team is professional, and kind! The maintenance staff are equally, SMART , knowledgeable, very responsive and FRIENDLY ! There is pool and updated work out gym ! There are attached garages with both full size washer and dryer !!!

Good experience with management. Walls of the building are thin and some damage on the top of the walls. You can often hear the neighbors, but I have not had an issue with excessive noise.

It's a great place to stay. It is close to pretty much everything you need.Maintenance is fast to fix issues, usually same day as requests entered. Rarely hear my neighbors.

I have been very pleased to be a resident of Woodbury Park @ City Centre, for several years. As a transplant from Boston, I was so fortunate to find that the location is within walking distance to stores, restaurants and nature trails. I have great neighbors and the staff/maintenance is great! However the inside of the townhome is very cheap - the workmanship is horrible- my sink has rust on it. There is no normal deck and no dog park.

The maintenance team here at Woodbury park is wonderful. They have helped me get through a tough year and we’re happy to come back when I wasn’t feeling well. The leasing team was not very understanding nor lenient and never answered the phone.

It’s pretty great as a community. Nice neighbors and there’s plenty of privacy. I enjoy our little deck and our entrance space. I wish there was a little more visitor parking, but it’s alright.

We love our place! Nice neighborhood, great location, and noise level is low. We have a few small issues but every time maintenance is quick to respond and fixes it! Management is nice and understanding.

If I could do 4.5, I would. The area seems safe, it is well-lit, and the neighbors seem welcoming. The unit is very nice and everything was very clean upon move-in. The maintenance team is great, we had a problem on Saturday afternoon and the guy came within 15 minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking in this area.

staff is responsive and they fix things timely as requested. We recommend this place. It’s convenient and they do a good job of keeping the place clean. Just wish more dog poop ?? would be picke up.

So far, everything has been great. We're excited to be here. The place is great and there hasn't been any issues yet. I haven't gotten to try any of the amenities yet but I'm looking forward to it.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Clean and also comfortable town homes. Easy parking. Close to most stores,bars,restaurants. Nice and friendly neighbors.olu Nad this is I see a lot of dog poop nit picked up. As we have a dog and always pick up after them.

Not good experience this winter. People didn't clean after their pets in most cases. Windows are drafty. Thankfully the crew is very pleasant and helpful.

Thank you for your recent feedback. Here at Woodbury Park, we love our pets. That being said, residents are required to act in accordance with community rules. All pets need to be on leashes and residents must clean up after their pets. We expect residents to abide by these rules in order to remain courteous to other residents. Pros: amazing maintenance team. Brand new paint and carpeting when I moved in. Plenty of space and storage. Big garage. Cons: At the time of tour I had asked about the reviews on the noise. It was brushed off- people who complain just aren’t used to shared walls. Thought it wouldn’t be an issue. Oh it is a HUGE ISSUE. I can hear cell phones ding that’s how thin these walls are. I can hear full conversations. It’s absolutely UNREAL. And so disappointing since I love everything else. I won’t be renewing my lease due to this.
The maintenance person was very professional, and our place was left so clean we couldn't even tell they had been there.
Val and Jill were both very communicative and helpful. There was a leak in the pipes in our kitchen ceiling shortly before we moved in, but Jill let us know right away and kept us updated as they fixed it. The final repairs were completed the day after we moved in, and we can't even tell there was ever a problem! We've been living here for almost 2 weeks now, and we're so happy with our new home!
